This was designed for Punta Mita Properties in Mexico and was used as a direct mail piece for potential qualified buyers. The photographs were used large to show off the Beach Club, Golf Club, and services that Punta Mita is known for.

The cover is diecut so the images on the first page of the brochure show through.
